"Shipping was way slower than expected"
I ordered the seats thinking they’d be on the way within a few days, but it was almost 3 weeks before I saw any movement. There weren’t really any updates unless I reached out, which was frustrating. The seats themselves were fine, but the shipping had something about it that just made the whole experience feel slow and kind of annoying

"Color was way off and I got charged with no updates"
I was disappointed with these seats. They didn’t look like the pictures at all, the color was much darker and kind of dull, so now my boat looks mismatched. I also got charged and then didn’t really get any updates while I was waiting, which made the whole thing more frustrating...

"Install was way more annoying than it needed to be lol"
The seats looked decent enough, but the hardware that came with them was kind of a mess lol. The bolts didn’t line up with my mounts, so I ended up making two trips back to the store just to get things sorted. Frustrating install overall.

"Didn’t last very long"
They looked fine at first, but after a few trips the stitching started coming loose and one seam split. The padding feels cheap too. Expected better for the price

"I really wanted to like these seats..."
I really wanted to like these seats, and they looked nice when I first put them on my boat. But after just one season out in the sun and rain, they started showing wear way sooner than I think they should have. The vinyl faded, the seams began cracking, and the foam seemed to hold moisture longer than I was comfortable with. I know boat seats take some abuse, but for bass boat seats, I figured they’d be made to handle normal outdoor conditions better than this. Disappointing overall.

"Not great for longer boat rides"
I put these seats on my bass boat and after just one trip, my back was pretty much done. The cushion feels really flat and kind of hard, with barely any give to it.
The back support feels worse than the old seats I replaced. I kept having to shift around just to get comfortable, and I’m kind of wishing I had spent a little more on something better.

"Return process was such a hassle"
I tried doing an exchange and it took way longer than it should have. The whole return process was frustrating, and it made me question the quality too. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"My Order Was a Total Mess"
I ordered gray seats and somehow ended up with tan ones, which was frustrating. Then dealing with support felt like an eternity, and after all that waiting, the issue still wasn’t fixed the right way. The whole thing was way more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"Annoying site and too much waiting"
I found the site frustrating to use. It was hard to figure out where to go, and I kept waiting for pages to load or for things to actually work. After a while, it just felt like more hassle than it should’ve been.

"The weird part is, the box showed..."
The weird part is, the box showed up looking completely trashed, ripped, crushed, the whole thing. I expected the seats to be damaged, but they were actually okay once I opened it up

"Not sure why it costs this much??"
I really thought these seats were going to feel a lot more premium for the price. They looked expensive from the start, but I figured maybe once I had them, I’d understand why??
After actually seeing what I got, I’m just not feeling like the value is there. They’re not awful or anything, but for what I paid, I expected better.

i probably should’ve looked around more because I’m sure I could’ve found something similar for less. Just kind of disappointed overall.

"Lost trust after the fit was completely off"
I was really disappointed with these seats. They didn’t line up with the mounts on my boat at all, so what should’ve been a simple install turned into a headache. After this, I don’t have much trust that they’re made to fit the way they’re supposed to.

"Way more frustrating to install than I expected"
The seat looked fine when I first unpacked it, but the install really made me start questioning the quality. The holes didn’t line up well, and the instructions were so vague they barely helped. I ended up redoing parts of it twice, and it took way longer than it should have. By the end, I didn’t trust it as much as I wanted to. Not worth the headache for me.

"Not a lot of options"
I checked out bassboatseats.com because I was hoping to find some new seats, but the selection felt limited. The weird part is, there are seats listed, but a lot of them look really similar, so it didn’t feel like there were many real choices. I couldn’t find the color combo I had in mind either. If you just need something basic, it might be fine, but I ended up leaving without ordering anything.
